	TRAVEL CONSULTANT

	-Responsible for making and selling international airline ticket booking in Sabre, fare and Tax calculations, issuing tickets.
	-Good written and oral communication skills in English. Communicate with clients over phone and email.
	-Good Team player
	-Customer Service
	-Providing excellent customer service to existing & potential clients, maximizing the opportunity for repeat business.
	-Managing the travel need of the clients, learning and delivering expert knowledge on every travel product & destination.
	-Advising international travelers on customs regulations, passports and visas. (money exchange rates, if needed).
	-Guiding clients on destinations and making arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours and recreation.
	-Sales and Marketing Management
	-Responsible to achieve sales targets and maintain high yield revenues.
	-Identify the key accounts, develop a plan and build excellent business relationship with customers.
	-Formalized business reviews carried out with key customers on a quarterly basis to review performance vs. plans.
	-Provide regular and effective timely updates to agents and customers through calling & emails.
	-Improve visibility of the product and update information on destinations.
	-Responsible for actively involves in Team Alliance activities.
	-Liaison close co-ordination with reservations and accounts department with an aim to ensure better service to the clients.

	Desired Candidate Profile

	- Making Reservations on Sabre. Experience 0.5-2 years in travel industry.
	- Fresher from travel schools and / or IATA UFTAA qualified can also be considered.
	- Excellent communication skills and a team player with a passion for travel.
	- Candidates will be required to work in shifts (e.g) 9:30 pm to 6:30 am.
	The candidate should have good geography knowledge(World).
	Compensation plan:Excellent Base + Performance based incentive (well above the market rate)
	Working in Shifts may be required during busy times of the year.

	Location: Fremont , USA & Mumbai , India
	Work from Home option available (once a week).
